White Wine Aged in Oak – Alc. 14% Vol. – 75 cl.

Location: Grape from vineyards in the municipality of Monti North-East Sardinia Region. Mid-hill at 300-350 mt (1000-1100 ft) above sea level. Sandy soil formed from granite rock weathering.
Production: Reserve wine of limited production.
Harvest: By hand, at the end of September – beginning of October.

Pressing: Destemming and soft pressing.
Fermentation: At controlled temperature of 16 / 18 °C (60 / 65 °F) in oak barrels for 15 days.
Maturation: In oak barrels for 6 months followed by 6 months in bottles.
Bottling: Sterile bottling under nitrogen; using natural corks.

Tasting notes: Intense, with hints of vanilla and cinnamon, soft and velvety, with a lingering finish.
Food matching: Successfully accompanies soups and grilled fish, baked vegetables, white meat and foie gras. Excellent as an aperitif.

Serving temperature: 10 / 12°C (50 / 54 °F).
