ROSE’ WINE
Alc. 12% Vol. – 75 cl.

Location: Grape from vineyards in the municipality of Loiri Porto San Paolo (North-East of Sardinia Region) at 300 – 500 feet above sea-level.
Soil: Sandy soils formed from granite rock weathering.
Production: 3 Tons/Acre.
Harvest: By hand in the beginning of september.

VINIFICATION
Pressing: Destemming and soft pressing.
Fermentation: At controlled temperature of 16-18°C (60-65°F).
Maturation: 3 to 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Bottling: Steril bottling under nitrogen; using natural corks.

CHARACTERISTICS
Tasting notes: This rosé has the fresh and delicate color of bright pink peony. The nose is imbued with an intense aroma of wild strawberries and fresh red roses. On the palate this wine expresses good acidity and flavor. Pleasantly soft yet persistent on the finish.
Food matching: This wine is the perfect compliment to a wide range of foods, from seafood to fresh cheeses and pizza.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C (50-53°F).
