Light Sparkling White Wine.
Alc. 11,5% Vol. – 75 cl.

Location: Grape from vineyards in the municipality of Loiri Porto san Paolo (North-East of Sardinia Region) at 300-500 feet above sea-level.
Soil: Sandy soils formed from granite rock weathering.
Production: 3 Tons/Acre.
Harvest: By hand, late August, early September

VINIFICATION
Pressing: Destemming and soft pressing.
Fermentation: This wine is made with the charmat process. A sparkling fermentation under pressure at 16-18°C (60-65°F). When fermentation is completed the wine is chill to -3 -4°C (28-29°F) and filter.
Bottling: Steril bottling under nitrogen; using natural corks.

CHARACTERISTICS
Tasting notes: Light straw-colour with greenish tinges with delicate, fresh, fruity bouquet. Dry, light and with a refreshing taste.
Food matching: Excellent as an aperitif and with all type of seafood.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C (46-50°F).
