White wine – Alc. 12,5% Vol. – 75 cl.
GRAPES: Vermentino 100%.
Location: Grape from vineyards in the municipality of Loiri Porto San Paolo (Gallura, North-East of Sardinia Region) at 300 – 500 feet above sea-level.
Soil: Sandy soils formed from granite rock weathering.
Production: 3 Tons/Acre.
Harvest: By hand in september.
Pressing: Destemming and soft pressing.
Fermentation: At controlled temperature of 16-18°C (60-65°F).
Maturation: 3 to 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Bottling: Steril bottling under nitrogen; using natural corks.
Tasting notes: Straw coloured with green highlights. Delicately bouquet of fruity and flowery.
Dry and fresh taste.
Food matching: Excellent as an aperitif, seafood starters, white meat and grilled fish.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C (50-53°F).
